Receiving damaged products is a pain! We ensure all products are shipped in protective materials to prevent shipping damage. 

Machines are protected by a foam material on all sides. This prevents the machine from shifting or being bumped by other packages. We then place the foam and machine in a box specifically sized for the model it holds. 

Accessories generally arrive in a plain brown box with bubble wrap. 

Please know, machines and optional accessories are often shipped separately.
