US & Canada Return Policies


Q:  How long do I have to return an item I purchased online?

  • Returns on SINGER®, Husqvarna Viking® & PFAFF® products are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your product(s)

The return must be postmarked during the return period.


Q: What Qualifies as Damaged Goods?

We consider items damaged if they arrive broken or defective during shipping. This includes damage to the product or contents within the packaging and visible external damage to the packaging itself.

Q: How Do I Report Damaged Goods?

If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by completing the form located below. You will be required to provide us with information about your order, including 2-3 high-quality clear photographs of the damaged area showing the overall condition. If the report is not received within 72 hours of delivery, it may not be eligible for replacement or refund. 

 You may be eligible to receive a refund for verified damaged goods claims. If return of your damaged goods is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Refunds will only be issued after the item is received and inspected. If the product is not returned, the claim will be closed, and a refund will not be issued.

Your cooperation helps us verify damages and improve carrier claim delays in a timely manner.


Q: How much are the return costs? 

SINGER® offers free returns within the guidelines outlined.


Q: What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged? 

  • Items must have been purchased from Singer.com
  • Must be the original owner
  • Must be returned in the original packaging 

Q: What is not eligible for online returns or exchanges?

Purchases made through a third-party retailer or in-store must be returned to that store.


Q: How and when will I get refunded?  

Once your return reaches our facility, we will confirm the products received and issue a refund to the original payment method. 

Depending on your financial institution, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing.

Gift box and shipping costs are non-refundable.


Steps for return

Step 1 Please click here to complete your return request.

Step 2 Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a UPS drop-off location. The return authorization is only valid during the return window. Item must be post-dated to be returned within the returns period. If you have any issues with your return label, please contact us.

Step 3 From the time we receive your return, please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to process your return. Your return will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase and excludes all original shipping charges. Gift box and shipping costs are non-refundable.
