**Shipping Instructions**
Please repack the machine in its original carton. In accordance with the written instructions printed on the outside of the original box, it is highly recommended that the box and Styrofoam be retained should the need arise to transport the machine. In lieu of the original packaging, the machine must be packed securely. If the machine is improperly packed there is a risk of damage to it during shipping. If you do not have the original packaging, we recommend having it packed at a shipping store.
If you are shipping an embroidery machine, never ship a machine with the embroidery unit attached. Be sure to place the free arm extension bed on the machine for support during shipping, otherwise you can cause damage to the base plate of the machine.
Singer will not be responsible for damage incurred to a machine that is not properly packaged.
Please include details of the problem you are having with your machine for the warranty center. If you have samples, it would be very helpful if you can include them.
Please provide the phone number where you can be reached between the hours of 9am to 5pm so that the technician can communicate with you if required.
