There is no tax applied to gift card purchases.
Q: Can I return a gift card?
Gift Card purchases are considered final sale and are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Q: Can I apply a promo to my gift card purchase?
All gift cards are excluded from any promo/discount code.
Q: How can I pay for my gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal. Financing cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Q: Can I use a Viking Sewing Gallery in-store gift card to purchase items online?
At this time, you cannot use any in-store gift card or credit to make an online purchase.
Q: Can I use a singer.com gift card to purchase items in-store at Viking Sewing Gallery?
At this time, you cannot use a singer.com gift card to make an in-store purchase.
Q: Can I combine multiple gift cards or change recipients?
Once a gift card is purchased and issued, information cannot be edited, rescinded, or combined.
Q: Can I use more than one gift card to make a purchase?
Yes, you can. There’s no limit to the number of gift cards that can be used on an order.
Q: How long is my gift card valid for?
Gift cards never expire.
Q: I lost my gift card, can you replace it?
Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Our Customer Success team will do their best to retrieve your Gift Card information. If we’re unable to find the Gift Card in our system or if someone has used your credit, then unfortunately we are unable to re-issue a new one. Please treat your Gift Card as if it were cash and keep it in a safe place.
Q: I can't find the e-gift card sent to my email anymore, can you resend it?
While we cannot resend the original email, please get in touch with our Customer Success team and we’ll do our best to retrieve your Gift Card information and send it to you.
