Can I get proof of purchase for an item I registered years ago?Updated 7 hours ago

For purchases made directly on Singer.com, we can help with a copy of your proof of purchase. We simply need the order number, model number, and name or email associated with the order. 

In the event, your machine was purchased from one of our authorized retailers, we may be able to locate your proof of purchase using the model number and serial number of your machine. 

However, if we are unable to locate your machine or item in our system using your serial number, proof of purchase may not be possible. In this event, we recommend contacting the original seller and requesting a copy of the receipt.
